Antonio Conte has vowed to turn Tiemoue Bakayoko into a "complete player."
Midfielder Bakayoko, 23, joined Chelsea from Ligue 1 champions Monaco for £40m during the summer transfer window.
His arrival sparked Nemanja Matic's surprise move to Manchester United.
Bakayoko has made a solid start to life at Stamford Bridge, scoring his first goal in Tuesday's Champions League thumping of Qarabag.
And Conte plans to work closely with Bakayoko on the training pitch like he had done with N'Golo Kante when the midfielder joined from Leicester.
"Baka is a good player and a good signing for us," Conte explained.
"He's a 23-year old don't forget this."
